A mistake or something out of date
Tell me the page, what's wrong and, if you can, a source (a screenshot from the game or an NC notice is ideal). Corrections are the most useful mail I get. Write about a correction
The only way to reach the site is email, so there's no form to fill in and nothing to sign up for.
Clicking the address opens your mail app. If nothing opens, copy the address and paste it into your webmail.

Good to know
- It's a hobby project. I read every message, but replies can take a few days, and a patch week can be slower.
- This isn't game support. I can't help with accounts, purchases, bans or in-game problems. Contact NCSOFT through the official AION 2 website or Steam support for those.
- Please don't send passwords or account details. I will never ask for them.
